FLUOROSINT® Machining

Outperforms filled grades of PTFE for dimensional stability, wear and more.

FLUOROSINT® combines the chemical resistance of PTFE with the dimensional stability of more rigid thermoplastics for a high-performance material that resists deformation under load. In turn, applications requiring extended part life, such as seals and valve components, greatly benefit. Additionally, FLUOROSINT® offers a low coefficient of thermal expansion, reducing fit and clearance problems during manufacturing.
