TEFLON®/PTFE 7B

The most versatile fluoroplastic across the application spectrum.

With the highest heat resistance of all fluoroplastics, TEFLON®/PTFE 7B is also the most widely used material in its class. Noted for its exceptional mechanical strength, resistance to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents, and a unique, non-stick surface, TEFLON®/PTFE 7B is utilized in applications ranging from electrical components to small kitchen appliances.  The resin retains its properties across an extensive range of temperatures and under high load.
