Machinined plastic manifolds is a Connecticut Plastics core competency. We have produced manifolds in mostly all materials. Popular choices are Telfon, Peek and Acetal. See through applications typically utilize Acrylic or Polycarbonate.

Manifold machining in particular requires attention to hole quality. Straightness and clean, burr free intersections are critical. Hole length to diameter ratio of 50:1 is not uncommon.

We have produced many close tolerance, custom seats for our customers who report excellent sealing longevity.
